Q. Which Airsoft Piston? A. SHS Airsoft Piston

The stock piston on my M4 recently stripped, so I was wondering what a good standard airsoft piston would be. I've been looking around, but I just couldn't decide which one to get.
Before my piston stripped, it was shooting around 385 FPS with .20 g BBs and about 330 with .25 g BBs. I have a 9.6 nunchuck style battery. I have SHS gears and an m120 AEG spring.
I'm thinking about getting a piston with full steel teeth or 7 steel teeth on it. Do you think this is good?

Since you are just looking to find a replacement for your AEG, you don't need to spend a lot. The pistons with steel teeth is probably a little over kill; at most your going to want a piston with a single steel tooth.

Some people would say you should get a G&P Polycarbonate piston, which is a great piston, but I think there are some better ones out there. If I was you, I would purchase the SHS Airsoft Piston with a single steel tooth. The SHS piston is not a polycarbonate piston, but it is instead made out of nylon. Nylon pistons have some advantages of a polycarbonate piston.

Another alternative to the SHS piston is the Element lightweight airsoft piston. The Element piston is a good pisotn at a decent price and recommended if you want to be as cheap as possible.
